My role at the agency has been focused on creating impactful jingles, advertisements, and social media campaigns, as well as managing event media. I have also been providing capacity building training to the staff on the tools and skills needed to optimize their services, ensuring that the agency remains at the forefront of technology. I built and maintain the agency’s website.

At Kiddies Droid, we provide quality education in technology for children and young adults through coding classes for web and app development, A.I and Robotics, UI/UX, graphics, and animation. Kiddies Droid is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable society through free coding classes for kids in rural schools and training and empowerment for women.

@Kwara State Hospital Management Board

I partnered with Kwara Hospital Management Board to improve their office processes and projects by providing expert training and capacity building sessions on various tools and techniques related to data management and productivity. I also offered guidance and support on utilizing technology and software to optimize data management practices, resulting in a more streamlined and efficient workflow. I developed and delivered training programs, materials, and presentations to help staff at Kwara Hospital Management Board to master new tools and techniques, and maximize their productivity.

@Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN)

At Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN), I held the role of Cluster Supervisor on the Physical Stock Count of Vaccines and Related Commodities in Health facilities Across South East Zone project. As a Cluster Supervisor, I was responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the field team were running smoothly. This included equipment checks, maintaining data quality, managing and documenting any challenges encountered, and conducting full physical stock counts across all vaccine stores in the Local Government Areas (LGAs) as per the scope of work.

@Shepherd for Health, Environment, Advocacy and Development (SHEAD) 

At SHEAD, I held the role of Data Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Field Supervision. During this time, I was responsible for managing and implementing the data for Community TB Care component (CTBC) and devising secure procedures for data handling and analysis. I monitored and analyzed information and data systems to identify ways to improve performance, and ensured the adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data collection. As a field supervisor, I led the enumeration process, supervised the conduct of fieldwork, and ensured data feedback from the field.

@Maryland Global Initiatives Corporation Nigeria (MGIC) 

As Team Lead for the Nigeria Aids Indicator and Impact Survey (South East States Nigeria) project with  MGIC, I was responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the field team. I conduced equipment checks, ensured data quality, managed and documented any anticipated and unanticipated difficulties, evaluated testing and counseling services in the field, and ensured proper consenting procedures and documentation were followed. I also engaged the community stakeholders and leaders to raise awareness of the program, as well as protecting the confidentiality of survey participants.

I designed the survey instrument for the project and implementing techniques for quality data collection to ensure the adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of the data. I provided IT support to the participants during the training and pre-test phase, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. I also offered assistance with report writing and data extraction when needed, ensuring that all necessary information was readily available. I maintained the digital databases and archives, ensuring their protection from security breaches and data losses, and conducting necessary maintenance to ensure data integrity.

My duties include the design of data collection tools, training of enumerators, and overseeing the data collection process. 
I had a strong focus on security and implemented measures to protect the digital database and archives from potential breaches and data losses. I regularly conducted maintenance to ensure the data is maintained to the highest standards and remains free from corruption. I also monitored and evaluated the overall progress of the Operation Zero Hunger project.

I helped the company transition from paper-based questionnaire (PAPI) to computer-based (CAPI). As Data Manager, I created and enforced policies for effective data management and developed techniques for quality data collection to ensure data accuracy and legitimacy.  As Data Entry Supervisor, I was responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, and communicating job expectations for the data entry team. I was part of various projects including the Malaria Control Booster Project, the World Bank Assisted Health System Development project II, and the DFID supported Enhancing the National Response to HIV & AIDS.

I was a part of two projects – Teacher Development Program (TDP) and Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria (ESSPIN). As an IT support, CAPI Programmer, and Data Manager, I was responsible for designing survey instruments and devising techniques for quality data collection to ensure the adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of the data. I provided IT support to the participants during training and pre-test of the field, assisted with reports and data extraction, and ensured the security of digital databases and archives. I also maintained databases and conducted regular maintenance to ensure data integrity.

@Ministry of Health Kwara State (ADHOC) 

As the Independent Monitor – Supervisor, I selected and trained a team of monitors, supervising their field activities to ensure the implementation of the monitoring process was of high quality. I dealt with households that refused to be monitored, cross-checking data validity from areas completed by independent monitors. I also collected monitoring forms and assisted in compiling and analyzing the data. I acted as a mediator between vaccinators and community leaders, and I managed all OPV centers in the local government areas.

I served as a Research Assistant. I was the first CAPI programmer for the company and helped develop data collection tools during a time when there was limited knowledge in the field. I was responsible for conducting literature reviews and collecting and analyzing data. I also prepared interview questions and maintained accurate records of interviews while ensuring the confidentiality of subjects was maintained. Additionally, I supervised undergraduate students working on the research project, keeping records of assignment completion and serving as a liaison and mediator between the students and the faculty researcher.
